Stephanie did a wonderful job. We were in the middle of a hectic transition with me traveling back and forth to NC and my wife stuck in NC with our pets. Stephanie was fantastic in her flexibity. When we moved to Tennessee Stephanie was assigned to us by the company that I am employed by. Our timing is notorious for being terrible and almost no homes were available that fit our needs. Stephanie remained patient and made sure we found the right place. The experience was literally one of the only positive things about our move to the area. Almost two years later and I took another job in Kansas seven hours aways. We did not hesitate to hire her as our realtor again. It was easy because Stephanie keeps in professional contact with all her satisfied clients. our sell was going to be a challenge, and I am convinced a lesser agent would not have gotten the job done so quickly. That would have been horrible considering we were already out of state and needed the house gone as quick as possible. I cannot speak to her safety choices posing next to a rusty metal truck, but a better real estate agent there is none. I assume all tetanus vaccinations are up to date. I only worry because having her out of the business for tetanus issues would be a major blow to the housing market in west Tennessee.
